Once Spencer left the FBI he decided he wanted to continue to help people, and since he was astounding board for a lot of his team members he knew the best way to help people to become a psychiatrist.

It was a way to be able to help people but without all the life threatening drama that surrounded his life the entire time he was in the BAU.

It was a regular Wednesday morning he came in with his satchel yes still the same satchel when he worked at the BAU.

Now I say it was a regular Wednesday morning because that's exactly how it felt until he walked through the waiting room of his Psychiatry office.

He saw you sitting there looking at your phone checking the time to see how much longer before your appointment. You were his first appointment of the day a new patient.

" hi Stephanie, hi Daniel " Spencer greeted his staff is he walked bye and grabbed a cup of coffee.

" hi Dr Reid" and then he was used to from all of his years at the BAU except now it has a different meaning.

" you have a new patient this morning" Stephanie tells Spencer.

" okay well I look forward to meeting this new patient" he tells Stephanie before taking a sip of his coffee and walking into his room.

Looking around and making sure that everything is nice and cozy and comfortable for his new patient he always wants everyone to feel safe in this environment. There's a knock at the door it is his first patient of the day he sits down in his big comfortable chair facing the couch that you are soon to be sitting on that's when the door opens and that's when he sees you the woman that was sitting in the waiting room the one that caught His Eye Is soon as he walked in the door.

Obviously he knew that you were going to be coming in since you were one of his patients but he wasn't sure that it was going to be the first person that he saw today.

He gasped slightly if he looked at you before licking his lips and saying hello I'm Dr Spencer Reid please sit down, "so how can I help you today?" he asked sweetly.
