A group of explorers in the wilderness spotted a rare black wolf carrying a deer in its mouth. They followed it to a small cave.

After the wolf dragged the deer inside, the explorers used a small camera to peer into the cave. They saw a pregnant white wolf inside. Moments later, the black wolf noticed and attacked the camera, growling fiercely at the group outside.

When some of the men prepared tranquilizer darts, their leader stopped them. “We can’t interfere with wildlife,” he reminded them. “He’s just protecting his mate. Let’s try to calm him down.”

Turning toward the cave, the researcher spoke gently, “Hey, big boy. It’s alright—we won’t hurt your mate.”
