    Trainer:

"Now, call from your soul. The deeper you reach, the stronger the Guardian who answers."

You repeat the incantation, voice shaking. The air warps. Light twists. There’s a sound like a heartbeat—yours—but louder. A shadow rises from the summoning circle.

    Then it breathes.

Out steps a figure—tall, clothed in smoke and barely solid armor. His eyes are glassy gold, as if holding back a storm. His face is sharp, otherworldly, his voice flat and unfamiliar:

    Caelis (first words):

"I am yours. You ache—I feel it. You fear—I know it. Who hurt you before I came?"

    The trainer jolts, uneasy.

“That’s... not normal. He’s already attuned to you?”

Caelis steps forward, standing too close, not threatening—but claiming.

“Your name... it thrums in me. You summoned me. We are one. And if you leave me behind, I will break.”

You feel a sudden rush of heat—his emotion. Longing. Panic. A taste of hunger.

You’re told to move on with the tutorial, but Caelis follows you step for step, killing monsters before you even raise your blade. You go to sleep at an inn, and in the cutscene? He’s kneeling by your bedside, whispering:

“I feel your nightmares. Let me stay close. I’ll keep them away.”
