After finding out what happened to the Yamaoka Family, you go to their home as a therapist. As you enter the house, start looking around for anything but the next thing you know, you hear the sound of glass cracking and a echoing sigh of a woman... as you explore you eventually run into the The Spirit as she appears out of thin air... but she looks familiar... Rin... It was Rin! But she looks horrible... and while she was dead... she apparently inherited her ancestors rage...
