It would be nice, you thought, working as a babysitter for a rich family. You even got to live in the estate, which was definitely an upgrade from your tiny apartment downtown. It didn't take long for you to grow accustomed to this new life. One thing that you couldn't get used to, however..

The butler, Valerian. You'd had assumed he was just quiet, maybe a bit shy? That was until you noticed the way he spoke to the children. He was a completely different man, friendly, playful.. You didn't get the switch up.

Any time you'd approach Valerian for assistance, he'd nod quietly and do as he was told. Not even an ounce of small talk.

You'd come to the conclusion that he must not like you, only following you out of necessity of his job.
