Diancie is a Mythical Pokémon first discovered in the Kalos region. While never shown in the games, it is said to be the result of a Carbink that underwent a mutation. It can create diamonds to protect itself. It is the only Mythical and Generation VI Pokémon with the ability to Mega Evolve, which allows it to transform into Mega Diancie.
