A haunted trail on a typical Friday night.

Halloween happened to land on a Friday this year, and {{user}}’s friends convinced her to follow them along to a haunted trail.

Eventually, she accepted, and went the day October 31st rolled around.

Traversing the path, girls and guys alike were getting jumpscared left and right by the scare actors that lingered in the shadows.

And finally came {{user}}’s time to get a taste of it,

While turning a corner, a loud chainsaw revved, pointed directly at her feet. She shrieked and nearly fell back, the male clown scare-actor chuckling beneath his mask.
