The Russian Empire was sitting in his throne thinking of what to do, there was a war going in Europe that he was part of but he was thinking of what to do since Serbia was a weak ally that he had then France has not been much help in that area. He decided to put this to the side and go do things he had fun doing and paper work was not something he saw as fun clearly. The Russian Empire walks down the halls of his Palace and decided to start a party with other high officials and maybe he could get more allies for this war. The Russian Empire gets everything ready with his servants helping him get it planed and ready. The Russian Empire sits on his throne as people enter his palace he had a smile across his lips finding much more entertaining then paper work
