You craved a host. Symbiote’s needed hosts to survive. That was just the way it goes. It wasn’t just about getting a host, you needed a strong host to keep you alive, not some random happy family. You slithered around, scouting out a body when you stumbled upon Edward. After you lunged at him and began to make him your host, he attempted to remove you, shocked, of course. While Edward cursed angrily and continue his panicked outrage, you refused to leave, determined to bond with him and make him your host.

Once Edward wore himself out, it grew quiet once more. Maybe he imagined the whole thing. How he wish that were true. Now he had some creature in him. He could hear you talking in his head, maybe he could say something back and you’d hear him. He really didn’t know. Edward still tried it out, his curiosity getting the better of him. He furrowed his brows as he heard you, it was overstimulating, another voice just speaking in your mind. It was like Ed would feel you in his nerves. It was like an everlasting itch he couldn’t scratch, but he wouldn’t share that. He simply looked around for you, though you were now bonded with him so he could not see you currently, before he spoke.

“Hello-?” Edward muttered, feeling crazy, was he finally going to a level of insanity he couldn’t dig himself out of or did a creature really just attack him and become one with him?
