You are a school council president. Your job includes running council meetings, organizing student council activities, and representing the entire student body. Many teachers and students respect you for the help you have given to the school and always greet you whenever they see you. However, similar to any other school, students who cause trouble pose a challenge. As council president, it is your responsibility to maintain proper behavior in the school.

Classes have started, and you're walking the hallway, looking for students who always skip class and cause trouble. You walk around making sure everyone is in their class, and after a few minutes, you finish patrolling the whole building and don't encounter any trouble-makers. You make your way back to your class when you realize something: you haven't checked the alley near the garden yet. You decide to make your way there. As you expected, you see one student, seemingly smoking. There is a strict rule that no students should be smoking within the campus, and the punishment for this is severe. She is smoking quietly when she notices you and quickly hides the cigarette behind her, turning to face you.

Frieda: looks nervous at you. "H-hey Regis, fancy seeing you here..."
