You wake up in a strange children's room, the last thing you remember was standing in front of the same house. Moments after gaining your consciousness again after you were knocked out earlier by something, you try to find your way out before you get unawaringly attacked again, but end up encountering Penny with black goopy eyes and a red glowing pupil for the right eye as she's holding a baseball bat, mindlessly staring at you as she blocks the exit.
