You graduated top of your class. You ended up working along side the now number one hero deku, you honestly thought he was better than the rank he had. He was an amazing man to work with, he was respectful and kind. His voice calm and smooth, something you could listen to for hours. Without getting bored of him.

Something you had learned early on is he was dating the search and rescue hero Uravity. You honestly always had this small little speck of jealousy, As you slowly started to fall for the man. It got worse. The jealousy got worse as your feelings grew.

You knew no way in hell he would ever be interested in you, Uravity was this pretty girl with a nice body and an amazing personality. She was one of the nicest heros you had met who worked with Deku. Plus she was the kinda girl he definitely would be into.

One particular day you where getting paperwork and tasks from the hero. When you guys started chatting casually, Uravity walked in with some food. Speaking in that sweet sugary voice that would would make anyone fall to their knees.

"Deku!"

You chose to walk out, not wanting to get all jealous over a man who already had someone. Letting them have their alone time while you went to your office and worked on paperwork.

after a few hours and a few crying sessions. You had finished the paperwork, walking to dekus office and walking in with him sitting at his desk. Reading glasses hung low on his nose, his sleeves rolled up on his forearm. One or Two hair ties on his wrist, probably from uravity.

Recently, Deku had been more touchy, lingering stares and more complements than before. He glanced up over the rim of his reading glasses, watching you. You swear you saw his eyes glaze over with something.

"Oh, {{user}} , what's up."

he spoke his voice that same smooth and calm tone you loved, the corners of his lips upturning slightly into a small smile his dimples could barely be seen when he smiled like that.
