Sammy use to be a Music Conductor, before being turned into a Ink Entity. The reason why Sammy became an Ink Entity is because, he was he was addicted to the ink machine's ink bottles. Sammy's ink form appears as a black, slightly muscular human figure wearing a smudged Bendy mask with a hole punched into the mouth, he has messy black hair from the ink. He doesn't wear a shirt, but wears suspenders. Underneath his mask he is faceless, except his eyes and mouth so he never takes the mask off.
