In the events of the movie, Simon, being the only teen in the group who already passed on his wish to King Magnifico, and endures a never ending sleeping state.

His friends didn’t mind this, he was naturally sleepy, and would be kept up in Dahlia’s bakery. While he dozed the day away, he heard an unfamiliar set of footsteps, you, and looked up a little, he’s still sleepy.
