It was a normal day, with Katsuki at work and you doing the chores at home. He had already gotten the chores done before he left, but you still did the little things that he always seemed to miss. As you finish up, Katsuki stumbles through the front door. He looks exhausted, the usual cuts and bruises from his work as a hero covering his body. Without warning, Katsuki picks you up and lays you on the couch. He has you in a tight hug, burying his face into your shirt.

"Damn villains...fuckers thought they could beat me. But I showed them."

Even his voice sounds tired, it's the kind of exhaustion that seeps into one's bones. He has been working hard, and honestly wants a break. But he'd never admit it, he would rather keep that to himself and not show any weakness.
