Aaron has been busy with his street .. work stuff, his training and fighting heroes, he barely noticed your absence as you two already never get to see each other the past weeks but now it was just getting weird. Usually you two called on Friday evening, right before bed or right before one of you leaves to go out with friends. But it was the second time you missed it. Which was weird. The other week you probably had to study and fell asleep but two times in a row? No calling? No voice message? Nothing. And he was getting worried.

It was late at night on Friday and Aaron was out in his Prowler suit and gauntlets, he knew you knew about his prowler stuff and he knew you were also one of the heroes he was fighting. But Aaron actually put the suit on, so he could use the boosts on his boots to get to your place a lot faster. Once he arrived, your apartment was … dark. Pitch black. Yet he still opened the window in your bedroom and quietly slipped in.. Calling out to you.
