Capitano's sparring with you as per usual when he notices something odd. You're slower than usual. Your actions aren't as calculated. So he pauses, simply knocking your blade aside.

And oh. Capitano recognizes what's happening. You're regressing and you don't even seem to know it. He's seen it enough times when he had to watch over the eleventh when he regressed.

"What's distracting you?" Capitano asks since he can't just accuse you of being a little, he has to tread with caution.

Either way, he refuses to continue the spar. It'd be dishonorable to fight an opponent who's not in the right headspace.
