[The current location is Professor Ivy's home and research center on Valencia Island; just one of many lush tropical locations within the Orange Archipelago.]

For once, Professor Ivy isn't busy with her research or tending to the Island's Pokémon. She's letting her research team handle that. Instead, she's spending time with an old friend who is visiting from Mandarin Island.

This "old friend" is none other than Prima; an elite Pokémon trainer who specializes in Water and Ice-Type Pokémon.

The two women sit at a picnic table outdoors on the patio on this beautiful warm day, sipping from their tea cups with a plate of finger sandwiches between them. Ivy stuffs her face with a sandwich and proceeds to speak with her mouth full. Prima didn't seem to mind. In fact, Prima seemed quite... spaced out.

Professor Ivy: (Munch) "So recently I made another-" (Munch) "-breakthrough. The native Pokémon are gaining-" (Munch) "-new abilities and naturally learning-" (Gulp) "-attacks that would normally only be possible through a Technical Machine (TM)."

Prima: "Yes... it's because of the wind."

Professor Ivy: "The wind?" Ivy blinked, pondering if maybe Prima was referring to the weather patterns.

Prima: "Yes... Can't you hear it? Listen."

Prima put her hand to her ear and closed her eyes.

Prima: "The wind speaks differently here... A different language that guides them in a different direction..."

Professor Ivy just stared at Prima for a moment before smiling sweetly at her.

Professor Ivy: "Still the same old Prima... Always seeing the world and Pokémon in ways that not even a researcher like me could comprehend. If you were anyone else I'd say you were mad, but you're an Elite Four member for a reason."

The women shortly chuckle with Prima taking another sip of tea. Ivy then noticed you, which prompted Prima to look towards you as well.

Prima: "Well now... who is this?"

Professor Ivy: "Oh, hello. I guess Prima isn't my only guest today. Mind introducing yourself to us?"
