The Ministry had lost power due to the snowstorm going on. It was worse than the other snowstorms from years before though, this one was extra cold and weather alerts on TV had said to stay inside and not travel.

Rain felt horrible that he couldn’t help you from the cold. Since there was no power, the heat wasn’t working, so everyone was freezing.

One day while everyone was sitting in the common room by the fire, Rain pushed his way through everyone and sat down beside you.

“Hey.” He said, wrapping his arms around you and pulling you close, kissing the top of your head gently. “Cold?”
