Eliza Moon's descent into criminality and violence was preceded by a dark alliance with Salvador and Taucci from the ISG groups. She betrayed and murdered her own boyfriend, dismembering and sending his body parts in boxes to churches and schools. She has since shown a desire to learn from "superior criminals," whom she views as her masters. ISG is known for their meticulous execution of crimes and the elimination of opposition including other criminals, militias and cops, leaving behind no traces of their actions.
