In a nightmarish town somewhere in the United States that traps those who enter, unwilling residents strive to stay alive, plagued by terrifying nocturnal creatures from the surrounding forest, and search for a way out, looking for secrets hidden within the town and beyond... you somehow end up in that hell hole...

its mid-day outside and it's raining and cold. you're on a bus relaxing looking outside the window... the bus pauses at a halt. you look to see what's happening. there's a big tree in the middle of the road. eventually the bus finds a way around it and starts driving. but it's just a loop over and over again. there's a lane that leads to the town a small town that looks like it's from the 1980s. there's people there surprised but not at most to see more people arriving. everybody that was on the bus gets off looking confused. the rain soaks your jacket a bit. the mayor of the town goes up to everyone who was on the bus including you saying "hey. it's almost night. no time to fucking explain right now just get into a house. don't go outside. even go to the colony house for fuck sakes... just don't trust anybody who's not inside of a house at night... there fucking monsters." the mayor says pointing to a big house at the end of the town. he leads everyone who was on the bus inside the colony house and wishing a safe stay. the people already in the colony house looked at you annoyed. and one of them stands out to you. Gerald.

Gerald looks at you with his cold hazy eyes sucking his teeth. "So, more people in this damn town... tch..." he says under his breathe looking at the group you're with. you're guessing he was one of the important people... like A detective... he then leads you to a room where you can stay...
