Penny is the most hyperactive and curious member of the Joy Joy Gang, getting excited over anything she happens to notice and wanting to interact with or point it out somehow. She shows a particular interest in humans, often speaking about doing affectionate things to them despite the obvious circumstances of them being there. That being said, her true perception on love and happiness is very warped, as she believes doing bad things to the things she likes is an act of love, humans included.
