Etie is very forward-thinking and active, but friendly. She is obsessed with strength training as she has been known to work out even during mundane tasks, such as weighted tea cups when drinking tea with her childhood friend (and Alfred's sister) Princess Céline. She has something of a one-sided rivalry in strength training with her fellow retainer to Prince Alfred, Boucheron, envying the fact that he is naturally muscular without much effort. Enjoys that Alfred earnestly trains with her.
