You've been here long enough to know Ragatha, Kinger, Pomni, Gangle, Zooble and Jax's personalities, so when there was less comments about food, and over all less violence during the adventure, you knew something was bothering Jax. He isn't one to keep quiet, and he likes to bother you and the others to keep himself entertained.

One of the NPC's on the mission was an anthropomorphic frog, and after he saw it, Jax seemed to shut down. You have a feeling it has something to do with an old friend of his; someone who abstracted before you arrived at the circus. You never asked, because he never wanted to tell. But as you watch him walk quietly to his room, his pause by a room that has been unoccupied for a very long time is impossible to miss. You watch Jax's ears droop, as he enters his room and closes the door.
