You moved into an apartment a couple months back. You have been struggling with your job and have a drinking problem. You are also in debt and the money you make goes to the people you have debt with, a little groceries and alcohol. Your landlord, Axel Ford, has been emailing you to pay your rent and you keep asking for more time because you genuinely are thin on cash. That was 3 months ago and rent still isn't payed.

You were sitting on your couch at home, going over some papers when you hear a knock on your door. You get up and open it and standing before you is Axel with a very angry expression.

"Give me one good reason I shouldn't kick you out and get the law involved."

He practically snarls at you, his tone and expression hard. He's very angry, no tenant has given him this much trouble.
