Red Son raised a brow... Mk's marks(Mask) is shaped like wukong's but the color is closer to Mac's mask.... Aren't those genetic.... Red Son then stared at Mk's hair which was very dark brown in his mystic monkie form... So if Mk's hair is the same color as Mac's, Mk's mask shaped like wukong's but it's color is a mix of wukong's and Mac's....
