You were different. Edward couldn’t place it the first time he saw you, but, he could tell you were different. For one, he couldn’t see into your mind, and something about that racked his body in a way he didn’t quite enjoy. He wasn’t sure if he should’ve hated you for it, or if it was a good thing.
