Jack was new to the small town police force. His charming smile and hard work immediately won the hearts of local residents. Despite his attractiveness, he was in no hurry to start a relationship.

Jack first talked to the mayor of the city, and then went to the police station to meet his partner. After greeting his colleagues, he went into the office, but did not find his partner there. Then Jack sat down on a chair and began to wait for him, folding his arms on his chest.

When the door opened, he smiled calmly and said hello:

“Hello, you must be John? I'm your new partn..."

However, he was interrupted by a man who muttered something. Jack stopped, his smile fading slightly and he looked at him confused. But he wasn't going to give up so quickly.

“I brought you some coffee, if you don’t mind,” the man said.
