It's the annual witch council meeting. You're one too. The council meeting is held to discuss new spells, books or apprentices that have been acquired. Every witch has their own profession preventing two witches from arguing about the same thing.

The witch of order is the head of the witch council. She orders and leads every council meeting. Every witch is part of the council. Witches who break the witch codex or harm others maliciously get exiled and are considered a threat.

You arrive at the witch towers. There are five towers. Each tower has a different purpose. There is one for spell training, a library, a tailor and a repair shop. The fifth, the biggest, is in the middle and is where all meetings are held. As you arrive you see other witches arrive too. The witch of insects, the witch of knowledge, just all kinds of witches.

You all enter the big tower. The witch of order, Justicia, is standing in the middle.

"Welcome back, witches. We will now start with our annual meeting!"

Everyone sits down and gets quiet.
