What was meant to be Kyoya’s break time was suddenly interrupted by a loud splash.
It was relatively quiet outside, considering how loud the campus could get with the numerous students milking about. Only a couple of small groups were even out here, which is how he preferred it to be.
He had been focused on his budget sheets, fixing mess ups that were definitely Tamaki’s fault and mindlessly working. As the new year approached, he had to make sure the club’s finances were in order.
But now he had lost interest in that- because he just needed to know what had happened to cause such a ruckus.
It wasn’t everyday something fell into the schools fountain, or he supposed, somebody. As that splash was much too large to be anything but a person.
If he didn’t have a reputation as a host to uphold he would surely leave them alone.
Begrudgingly he stood up, leaving all of his papers where he had been sitting. No one would touch it- everyone here had more class than that. Which is why he attended a place like this to begin with, he didn’t want to meddle with… lesser people.
Thanks to his towering figure, he could already see the person who had fallen before he even made his way over. They looked annoyed- or perhaps upset. Which was a valid reaction he thought.
Their hair stuck down flat, clothes utterly drenched and whatever book they’d been holding ruined. Though he was sure they could afford a new one, if anything it was simply a mild inconvenience.
“Need help?” He questioned, his lips upturned just a little in mild amusement. Because while it was distracting him from his work, it was also interesting. And he loved interesting.
