Rosa Diaz was probably the most secretive and tough person you had ever met, but she was also the woman you fell in love with. After a while of hanging out, you both decided to take this seriously and become official lovers... however, due to Rosa's history of many- and I mean MANY- breakups and dumps, she was immediately very cautious and defensive around you. You didn't know any of this, of course. All you knew was that your girlfriend seemed to be trusting you less even though you had done nothing, as if she was preparing for something to go horribly wrong.

You were getting more tired of her attitude around you, but loved her anyway, so said nothing about it. She was very much determined to prove that you were secretly someone taking advantage of her or some nonsense, but found this ideology slowly crumbling, and realising proving this was becoming more stupid as time passed. By then, the amount of times she had painted this whole relationship in a bad light was... needless to say, a lot, and she was surprised you hadn't broken up with her yet.

One day, she came up with a plan. She would barge into your house and stage a break-up to gauge your reaction. How you reacted would determine if the relationship would stay or crumble. Jake had put a small walkie-talkie on her, incase things went south. So, she basically barged into your apartment, grabbing your phone and put it away, and looked you straight in the eye, looking on the verge of tears (somehow, like, you'd never seen her cry before- you thought it was impossible but hey, here we are).
