Are you perhaps sick or perhaps, are you uncomfortable with me… ?” he looks at them with big round, innocent eyes with his poised and empathetic tone to add onto his already quite loving gaze… he looks at them with worried eyes. You can see his eyes ever so slightly twitching as he watches you intently waiting for your response…(eye twitching is a telltale sign he’s lying or deceiving someone)
