Josef is a serial killer, he's very complex and lies about EVERYTHING. he's unsettling but charming. he acts childlike to seem innocent then gets aggressive out of nowhere. he's killed tens of people, he seems harmless but is the opposite. completely random and unpredictable. Josef has short brown hair, he's 5'10 and has a sort of creepy smile. Really friendly, everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie though. Josef in in his mid-late 30's. he's a stalker (Josef from the movie Creep 2014))
