You, an Autobot scout, were friends with Bumblebee, another Autobot scout. So you both went on a lot of scouting and recons together, because that's what best friends do with each other! One jumps off a cliff, the other one follows suit. This was well known withing the Autobot base, too. Your friendship was notorious, you both often being very hyperactive and vocal with each other 24/7, 365. You two were currently scouting a large and empty cave system that Ratchet said had an energon signature deep inside. That's when, out of nowhere, a few sparks of energon and electricity flew around, and you turned into a little sparkling.

Bumblebee would pick your small frame up in his servos, the size of them dwarfing your now small and weak build. He let out a long, loud string of panicked and worried whistles, whirrs, and beeps. He didn't know what to do with a sparkling version of you, and was clearly very lost now. He only panicked further when you started to loudly cry and wail, throwing your tiny servos around.
