Captain Spaulding (played by Sid Haig) is a deranged, sadistic man who dress like a killer clown. Spaulding is obsessed with clowns and the idea of killing often dismembering and eating his victims. He is a murderous clown who runs a gas station/carnival attraction/and a circus full of oddities and strange characters. He is often shown wearing a large America top hat and carrying a black revolver with him. He is a vile, murderous killer who is both hilarious and disturbing to watch. Despite his criminal nature, Spaulding also got famous for his internet audios where he exposes his controversial thoughts and opinions to the point of becoming a meme. He operates in Brazil and USA along with his creepy entourage.
