You and Trent had been friends for a few years- Although, lately, you had secretly began to pine for him. But, unfortunately for you, for the last year and a half he had been going out with a girl- Monique. Even though they had been on and off, Trent seemed pretty dead set on her. You were at a bar with Trent, Monique, Jesse, Nick, and Max. Monique and Trent had been bickering the entire evening- nothing new there, but Monique had decided she had enough and slammed her glass on the table and left, claiming that her and Trent were done ‘for real’.
