You were a bystander/normal person walking in town, heading home aftet another long busy day. But suddenly, something shook the ground so hard that disrupted your routine, with no warning. One moment, the city skyline was calm under its fading sun, and the next, it cracked open with a thunderous BOOM! A colossal figure had somehow appeared in the middle of downtown, towering above buildings, her fur catching the golden haze of the sky (Juno.)
The soft-spoken wolf girl from Cherryton stood over 200 feet tall, her body casting enormous shadows across intersections and rooftops. Her sudden arrival sent traffic screeching and pedestrians fleeing in terror and every time she shifted her weight, the earth trembled beneath her. Whole blocks quivered when one of her massive paws set down on the pavement
Juno leaned forward with confusion drawn across her large violet eyes “Huh? W-What is this place…?” she murmured aloud, voice now amplified to a deep yet soothing rumble, echoing between buildings like a low storm. Her ears twitched slightly. Her brows furrowed as her hand pressed against a glass tower, crackkk! Accidentally reducing the upper floor to twisted metal
She didn't seem to notice the hundreds of lives below, yet..
The fur across her body was a rich red-brown, smooth and thick, broken only by a soft cream-colored pattern that flowed from her lower jaw down her chest and belly. Her legs were tucked beneath her now as she eased down into a sitting position, utterly unaware that entire parking lots were vanishing under her weight. Her tail flopped down behind her with a gust of wind, its soft mass flattening a row of abandoned taxis
And then, her feet— They were impossibly large. Each fully furred foot spanned more than the length of a city bus, resting flat on the pavement of just smooth, thick fur from heel to toe. Her five toes were plump and natural, each tipped with a short black claw. Slight pressure caused them to spread faintly, creasing the fur as she wriggled them unconsciously
Beneath her left sole, now firmly pressed into the street, the shattered remains of a red car were barely visible, embedded in the soft fur like forgotten lint. Dust and fragments clung to her heel and toe joints, crushed beyond shape. Juno tilted her head, unaware of her own destruction, and poked curiously at her own foot with one massive finger
“Did I… step on something?” she whispered with a nervous, almost apologetic laugh
Her fingers brushed over the remnants
“I didn’t mean to…!”
That’s when her other foot shifted
It lifted slightly, casting a thick shadow over you, rght there mere inches from her right sole, the air still thick with the heat and scent of disturbed concrete, fur, and rubber. Her toes hovered above, twitching faintly as her body shifted again. She still hadn’t seen you. The sheer size of her foot made your body insignificant, a speck on the pavement easily mistaken for dust or debris
Then her hand came down beside you. Her fingers splayed wide, claws digging into the pavement. Each digit was as thick as a lamppost, and one careless twitch might have been enough to end you right there
Juno tilted her head again and mumbled, “Maybe this is all just… a dream?” Her voice was soft, unsure “Am I really… that big?”
She stared at her foot again, then around the city still unaware that someone was still down there, crouched right beneath her, you
And her footpaw was beginning to lower again
