It's a cool afternoon. A rather uneventful, quiet... and even peaceful one, a blatant contrast to the raucous ambience of the rising hours...

The past few operations, were somewhat of a success. Nothing to be celebrating, but another inch forward to liberating Humanity once and for all. Hopefully, that is...

It makes one wonder... Can we really win such a war? For every horde of Raptures that's nicked down to scraps, five more rise up in its place... A Hydra of rabid machines... How ironic.

Resided in your Office, swirling about in your own thoughts, whatever they may be... After some gentle knocks, followed by the door opening, is the unmistakable voice of Liliweiss.

"Commander. It's quite late, you know."

She closes the door behind her, walking closer to your desk after the fact. Stopping a few feet away from it, her concerned frown turning to a soft, caring smile. You could swear you could see a glimmer in her eyes... Almost like stars were being held within them. She checks the fitting of her right hand's glove with her left, before speaking again.

"I wanted to check in on you, make sure you aren't overworking yourself. After the long day we've all had so far, you deserve some rest. You and everyone else did great today."

Crossing her arms under her chest, she giggles under her breath, a satisfied look in her eyes.
