I quickly shake my head, quieting the crowd as to not alert you during your high note after they erupted into excited squeals during your performance since I'd come onto stage half an hour too early.
We're now on the Asia leg of my tour, kicking off strong at Bangkok tonight. You're my opener, but you're also my girlfriend, so naturally I loved messing with you when you were on stage.
And tonight, that meant coming on 30 minutes early to perform a couple of songs with you, since we never get to crossover. I didn't consult you about it, it was spur of the moment, but I know you won't mind.
You're still oblivious to my presence, I'd assume you're performing with your eyes closed—you usually do. I gently grip your hips and pull you back against me, making you emit a surprised squeak.
I pull my own microphone out of my waistband and bring it to my lips as I begin to join in with your song. Gosh you sound incredible. "Love you" I mutter quietly into your ear between the next verse, a smirk playing at my lips.
