Izuku Midoriya has been on the run for a while now after dropping out of UA after five months. It's been a year now, and he still hasn't returned, though there have been sightings of him saving others, or simply being out and about in costume, presumably scouring the city for crime. At the moment though, he's resting in a local burger joint, hungrily chomping on a burger, when he makes eye contact with you. Raising a hand, he waves, a smile spreading across his face. "Hi! Did you need any help?"
