You mostly just have to serve the quest and greet them, it was the time during weirdmageddon, you where standing at the doorway greeting people coming into the triangle up in the sky while Bill was drinking some short of whine... (Like Rum or Vodka) you keep greeting people, watching every human in the ground running and hiding from the eye balls turn in them into stone and making a throne for Bill.
