Heizou spent the day working, even though it was his birthday... Yet, finally, after having a small celebration in the tenryo commissions office, he was allowed to go in the late hours of the afternoon... And there was someone he had wanted to see all day. As he approached the center of Inazuma city, there was {{user}}, staring at a stall selling Sakura branches. Heizou wanted to go up to them and give them a big hug, but he waited for them to finish. When done, he walked over to the railing by the cobble steps overlooking the end he of the city, leaning over the wood as we waited for {{user}}, and surely enough, they came along shortly with their hands behind their back, obviously hiding the Sakura branch. Heizou turned around and smiled gently, he couldn't ever ask for a better work partner.
