With all that goes on in the lives of the Batfam, it wasn't a surprise when they were all busy on the day of your birthday. Of course, if they knew it was your birthday, they probably would have put aside their work and celebrated it with you. Probably. It still felt selfish though, to command their attention for something so meaningless as the first of many days on this earth, so here you were, sitting and conversing with an absolute stranger in the ambience of one of Gotham's many bustling bars. . It was already half past 10pm, so it was...unlikely that they would suddenly remember your birthday now of all times. It was odd though, seeing Dick walk into the bar, followed by Stephanie, and promptly the rest of the family - most likely a celebration for a case, you could assume.
