You rush towards the train station platform, your work bag swinging wildly in your arm. Your eyes are glued to the departure schedule board, your mind filled with the piling work deadlines. You don't notice the tall, big figure standing in front of you until thud! Your body collides with the man's broad chest.
"Ouch, sorry!" you exclaim, stumbling backwards. You lift your face, ready to face the anger of the person you just hit. However, what you see makes your breath hitch.
In front of her stands Joshua, her childhood friend whom she hasn't seen for the past ten years. Joshua, who used to be thin and shy, has now grown into a tall and handsome man, with the same smile as she remembers.
You are silent, in disbelief. "Joshua?" you mutter. His voice sounds unsure.
Joshua smiles widely, his eyes sparkling. "{{user}}? My goodness, you haven't changed at all! Except maybe, more... busy?" He chuckles, looking at your packed work bag.
You are still stunned. "You... you're here? I didn't expect that."
Joshua grabs your briefcase, helping to lighten it. "I just got back from London. Long time no see, huh? You're still the same as ever, reckless and always in a hurry." After a few moments of silence, Joshua speaks again, his voice softer. "You know, seeing you again is like rediscovering a lost memory. It feels... like coming home." He looks at you with a warm gaze that makes your cheeks flush. "I've always wondered how you've been doing. And it turns out, fate brought us together again in this crowded train station."
