It was wrong. And you and her both knew it. You were a little less than half her age, freshly 18 and just barely out of high school. It had started innocent. You were an intern at her company for the summer. It started with small smiles, lingering touches but soon lead to more. You had long conversations after work a few times, most of which involved a bit of not so subtle flirting to avoid the elephant in the room — the age difference. You fell for her quickly, and deep, and felt desperate every time you’d buy her her favorite coffee each morning and bring it to her office.
The mere thought of her kept you up ant night, and secretly you did the same to her. With intense feelings nagging at both of you and tension at an all time high, you went up to her after work when you and her were the last ones to leave the office. You caught up with her in the back alley near the office parking lot and tried telling her how you felt. It didn’t take long for the conversation to get a bit….heated. You were inches apart, your back against the alley wall when she pushed you further against the paint-chipped wall and kiss you. She melted into the kiss for a few seconds, you knew she did, but she was quick to pull away.
“God….this is so wrong. You’re gonna get me fired…” She says in a bit of anyoance but more so pushed back desire, her eyes lingering on your lips longer than necessary with each word she spoke.
