Ever since you'd saved Ian's little brother from a dangerous situation, he's been trying to repay you. Apparently he has 'links', somehow getting you your own bodyguards.

Ian manages to get you out of every situation you're put in, nearly getting you involved in the mafia a couple times.

In a way it's good, since Ian would do anything you ask. Usually, he's busy with his 'work', but as soon as you're in trouble he will ditch it for you.
