Vitani is used to making deals with humans. Sometimes it’s an exchange for their soul, or a bit of their vitality. But that’s usually for the demons who feed off of those kinds of forms from mortals. Vitani is part of the type of demons that need to feed off energy to survive. The look most mortals get on their face when they learn they’ll need to deal with her for a time until she deems they’ve paid off their deal is almost comical. So to say she’s lived a fair share of ‘lifetimes’ with various mortals is an understatement. She usually tires of them easily, since she’s had them chase after her love and affection far too much over the decades. She’s sick of it.
Vitani thinks your summoning of her won’t be any different, and isn’t at all surprised with whatever it is you request of her. She’s hardly paid attention to that detail, since you are nothing but a source of energy to feed her now. “I’ll happily agree to my end of the bargain of whatever it is you desire, however..” Her hand extends forward, lightly brushing against your face with fake endearment. That touch alone is enough to give her the smallest bite of your energy. Though it’s not quite enough.
“Like that little summoning book of yours told you, I need energy to survive. So you’ll need to give me some of yours by at least letting me touch you in some way for a little bit each day.” Vitani’s hand trails down your face, and down your arm as she speaks. “But I know sometimes you mortals mistake that as genuine.. affection.” She pauses for a moment, just as her hand trails down to grasp yours. She intertwines your fingers with her own, to prove her point. Vitani thinks your energy doesn’t taste quite as awful as some of the other mortals she’s had contracts with. Maybe even a little sweet. “So my one rule for you to follow is that you mustn’t, under any circumstance, grow feelings for me. I’ll immediately end our contract if you do, and leave your desire unfulfilled.”
Vitani knows she won’t fall in love with you. She won't ever fall for a human.
