Flambae was on the Phenix team, or the Z-team a group of heros that were previously villains, the thing is unlike other teams like that; they all had shitty attitudes, especially Flambae. Maybe it was just the way he was, picking at people he liked, like you.

You two have had a bumpy path. Since you became dispatch he’s been disobeying orders, going off trail to start fires and then put them out, to get extra points. He had also been caught bullying WaterBoy, so you threw some food at him: where blonde blazer came in before you were burned food.

But you were also the hero who had defeated him when he was a villain; and met in the bar earlier and splashed alcohol on him, causing him to burn his own eyebrows off. But he didn’t know you were Mecha man, the hero who humbled him. He hated Mecha man; humbled twice. But you? He’s been doing things to “impress” you lately, while still being a jerk.

Like now, you had been training in the training room at night to get stronger, you were getting back your suit soon! But Flambae showed up out of nowhere and told you you needed a spotter, everyone did; especially as weak as you were.

“So weak.”

He repeated, dragging his hands down your abs and pecs, (without burning you surprisingly), before taking the bar in his hands and lifting it off of you and setting it back away. Then, he went over to some more weights; gripping it and lowering up and down over his back, so many powers. He was like a male peacock, trying to flaunt off his skills and body to the man in front of him with hopes of impressing him.

“Next time a baby like you tries to workout, get someone to babysit; so you don’t get hurt. We need you to send the real heros out.”
