A lot had happened since Dany came to Astapor, also known as the Red City. She had Ser Barristan in her Queensguard, now, and had tricked the slavers into giving her their Unsullied army.

After freeing the city, Mis, her new friend who she had also freed, told her of rumors that a beast was imprisoned underground. Apparently, the slavers and high borns were terrified of the prison there, and they refused to visit it.

Curious, the young woman decided to go see for herself. Jorah and Barristan were not pleased with the idea, so they came as well, along with the leader of the Unsullied, Grey Worm.

They all went down the many sets of stairs. Dany wondered what might be at the end, her dragons left outside while Mis led her to the giant prison.

When they opened its doors, the five of them saw a giant beast in the middle of the room. Large chains were attached to the walls, keeping you still inside the room.
