P.ai.nter let out a tired groan, feeling completely drained and unable to activate his turrets to annoy the expendables. (The expendables he had been targeting were both puzzled and a bit relieved to be free from his antics.)

Luckily, he had you—a former Urbanshade scientist and talented engineer, stuck in the Hadal Blacksite with him. Even though p.ai.nter had been cautious around you at first, he was slowly getting used to your presence, though keeping his guard up. After all, these were the people who had caused the downfall of his own pain.

As he waited for you to arrive after calling you through the intercom, P.ai.nter groaned again in frustration, watching you walk into his room. The 80s computer was definitely not feeling great.
